There is a known issue with dropdown menus in the Prosilver Dark board style when viewing in portrait mode on a smartphone. This is currently the default board style. A fix will be implemented in the near future. In the meantime, viewing the forums in landscape mode resolves the issue (or you can select one of two alternative board styles in your User Control Panel).
UPDATE: This issue has now been resolved after the Board was updated to the latest version of phpbb software.
